Dailymotion and Goodeed expand partnership globally
AdTech charity initiative raises nearly 140K USD for 170 associations and NGO partners through offering solidarity ad format to publishers
New York and Paris: June 20, 2023 – Dailymotion, the leading independent, worldwide video marketing platform, has today announced the global expansion of its partnership with Goodeed, the first B-corp certified advertising company to fund charity projects through a brand’s media budget, to include the United States, Canada, Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific.
Research has found that 90% of consumers expect brands to be committed to improving society and the planet. Goodeed offers the industry’s first solidarity format which allows video viewers to finance ecological or humanitarian projects just by watching an ad.These solidarity campaigns will be broadcast within the instream video inventory of the Dailymotion platform and through the power of its network of partner publishers.
For each advertisement broadcast with the Goodeed solidarity format, part of the media budget invested by the advertiser is donated to one of the partner charities and associations.Since the partnership started in 2019, 21 advertisers and brands have used solidarity format offered through the Dailymotion-Goodeed partnership and have raised nearly 140,000 USD for charities around the world including empowher, Jane Goodall Institute France, No Plastic In My Sea and many more.
